Opening an account on bolahiu takes four steps. First, visit our registration page and provide your username, email, password, and mobile number. We at bolahiu process withdrawal requests during standard business hours (09:00–17:00 weekdays). When you submit a withdrawal request, our team reviews it for fraud signals and verification status. The time for those funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider—typically subject to verification to one business day. Payments and transactions
We at bolahiu do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. When you deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, your full amount reaches your bolahiu account. When you withdraw to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the full amount is sent to your bank. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer fees—those are outside our control. We recommend checking with your bank or payment app before withdrawing large amounts. For deposits and withdrawals via different methods (for example, depositing via mobile banking and withdrawing to local payment), the process is the same: no bolahiu fees apply.
Free bets and free spins are promotional credits we sometimes offer to new and existing users. These appear as separate balance entries in your bolahiu account—not mixed with your cash balance. When you receive free spins for a slot game such as Aviator or Sweet Bonanza, you will see them listed under the game itself or in your account Promotions section. Free bets are credited to specific sports or game categories. Both free bets and free spins come with terms: they may only be used on designated games, they may have expiry dates, and any winnings from them are subject to turnover requirements before you can withdraw.
